    We accept all major dental insurance providers. To determine whether we are in-network with your specific plan, please contact your insurance provider directly or call our office. Our team is happy to help you verify your coverage and eligibility.

  • Do you accept Medicare or Medicaid patients?

    Yes, we proudly serve Medicare and Medicaid patients at our Orrville office. Currently, our Hudson location does not accept Medicare or Medicaid—but we’re always happy to guide you to the appropriate office for your needs.

  • How do I schedule an appointment?

    You can call our office to speak with one of our friendly front desk team members, who will help you find an appointment time that fits your schedule. We are also working on launching an online scheduling platform by the end of the year—making it easier than ever to book your visit directly through our website.

  • What should I expect during my first visit?

    Your first visit includes a comprehensive oral examination with one of our doctors, a professional cleaning, and a personalized treatment plan if further care is needed. If you’ve visited a dentist within the past five years, we recommend having your previous x-rays and panoramic images sent to our office prior to your appointment. We always verify insurance eligibility in advance and review any costs with you before beginning treatment.

  • Do you offer emergency dental services?

    Yes. If you are experiencing a dental emergency, please call our emergency line at 330-573-1030. If we are unable to accommodate you immediately, our doctor will work with you virtually or help refer you to a nearby trusted provider to address the issue as quickly as possible.

  • What services do you provide?

  • Are you accepting new patients?

  • Do you offer cosmetic dentistry like whitening or veneers?

    Absolutely. We provide a full suite of cosmetic services including in-office whitening, veneers, Invisalign, and even 48-hour crown placement for qualified cases. Whether you’re looking for subtle enhancements or a complete smile makeover, we’re here to help you feel confident in your smile.

  • What dental technology do you use?

    We’re proud to operate a fully digital office equipped with state-of-the-art dental technology. This includes high-resolution digital x-rays, panoramic imaging, 3D CT scans, and advanced intraoral scanners like iTero for Invisalign cases, crowns, and dentures.   • How often should I visit the dentist?

    We recommend visiting us at least twice a year for routine cleanings and exams. Our team will help you stay on track with automatic reminders and easy follow-up scheduling to make sure your oral health remains a top priority.

  • Do you offer dental care for children and families?

    Yes! We are a family-focused practice and love caring for patients of all ages, including children. From first cleanings to orthodontic consultations and cavity prevention, we’re here to provide gentle, trusted care for your whole family under one roof.

  • Do you offer same-day appointments?

    We do our best to accommodate same-day appointments whenever possible. If you're experiencing pain, have an urgent dental concern, or just need to be seen quickly, give us a call and we’ll do everything we can to fit you in. Our flexible scheduling and multiple providers across offices help us serve you faster.

  • Can I transfer my records from another dentist?

    Absolutely. If you’ve seen a dentist in the past five years, we kindly ask that you have your previous provider send over your X-rays and records before your first visit. This helps our team understand your oral history and deliver the most accurate and personalized care. We’ll even help you facilitate the transfer if needed—just give us a call!

  • Do you offer anesthesia or sedation for procedures?

    We provide local anesthesia for all procedures that require it to ensure your visit is as comfortable and pain-free as possible. However, we do not currently offer sedation dentistry or oral sedatives. If you have concerns about anxiety or discomfort, talk to our doctors during your consultation—we’re here to help ease your mind and guide you through every step.

  • What if I don’t have dental insurance?

    No insurance? No problem. At Village Dental, we believe everyone deserves access to quality dental care. We’ll work with you directly to ensure you fully understand the cost of treatment before any procedures are performed—no surprise charges, ever. We also offer an in-office dental plan that covers your biannual cleanings and provides discounted rates on all additional services.
